The three young royals all currently attend Lambrook, a co-educational day prep school.
The managing editor of The Good Schools Guide highlighted the opportunity for all three of the children to continue going to school together as a big pull for the royals.
Melanie Sanderson told the Telegraph: "The thing that will appeal to the family most about Marlborough is the fact that all the children will be able to stay together.
"We know that they made a very conscious decision to do that when they chose Lambrook."

Harry alleged that William told him: "Pretend we don’t know each other" as he joined Eton.
The Duke of Sussex said: "Yeah, and at the time it hurt. I couldn’t make sense of it.
"I was like, 'What do you mean? We’re now at the same school.
"Like, I haven’t seen you for ages, now we get to hang out together.'
"He’s like, 'No, no, no, when we’re at school we don’t know each other.' And I took that personally."
