Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have given their Archewell director a staggering 277 percent pay rise, despite donations for their foundation plummeting.
James Holt, the top boss at Archewell, was awarded the pay rise after working for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for just 12 months.
The Executive Director started on a £47,641 salary, according to the 2021 Archewell accounts.

As well as the £133,389 pay rise, Holt was given a £16,000 bonus to complement his six-figure salary.
This was made evident through the foundation's public disclosure of their accounts.
They stated that the extra money was the “estimated amount of other compensation from the organisation and related organisations”.
