Joe Biden has been mocked as a "demented clown" after labelling Donald Trump as the "sitting president" in his latest embarrassing gaffe.
The latest blunder came during a speech at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds on Monday.
During his speech, Biden spoke about the economy and how he claims it's slowly improving.
He said: "In recent weeks, we're starting to see real evidence that American consumers are facing real confidence in the economy we're building.

"Let me tell you who else is noticing that: Donald Trump."
As part of the speech he took a dig at Trump - the candidate expected to win the Republican nomination.
Biden then went on and slammed his opponent for allegedly wishing for an economic collapse.
He said: "Did you see what he recently said about that wants to — that he wants to see the economy crash this year? A sitting President."

The 81-year-old quickly realised his blunder and apologised to his audience.
He said: "As they say in my faith, 'Bless me, Father, for'. I mean, come on, man."
People took to social media to poke fun at the POTUS for the mistake, talking about his mental state.
One wrote: "US Servicemen getting killed, the country & the world in utter meltdown and this corrupt, demented clown can’t form a sentence & refers to Trump as ‘the sitting president'."
A second said: "No, man - if Trump were President WE WOULDN’T BE IN THIS NIGHTMARE!”
A third added: "Can't complete the sentence. He's fine. Four more years."
This comes as last week Biden appeared bumble through his speech in Wisconsin, making no sense to his audience.
The White House’s own statement claimed Biden said: “And, by the way, it used to make the beer brewed here — (laughs) — it is used to make the brewed beer here in this refine — oh, Earth Rider, thanks for the Great Lakes. I wondered why (inaudible) — (laughter).”
