Marshall has a medical background as a physician

Joe Biden is in a “steep cognitive decline”, according to US Senator Roger Marshall.

Marshall, who has a medical background as a physician, told GBN America there is one key giveaway which the 81-year-old often displays in his behaviour.

Biden is under pressure to walk away from the presidential race after a series of blunders, the latest coming at a Nato summit where he mistakenly referred to Volodymyr Zelensky as ‘President Putin’.

“He’s in steep cognitive decline”, he told Steven Edginton.

“I am a physician. The way he walks last fall compared to today is a drastic change.

“He walked heel-toe, now he walks where his toes hit the ground first. That is one of the signs of Parkinson’s.

“I don’t know if he does or doesn’t have Parkinson’s but I think Americans deserve to know.

“I think we see him in a steep, cognitive decline and the shock to me is the Democrat party let him go through with that debate, and now the left media is saying ‘the emperor doesn’t have any clothes right now’.

“You don’t have to be a doctor to see his decline over the last three years, but it’s happening rapidly now and I’m very scared for his health.”

Biden insists he is fit enough to attack another race for the White House and another four years of presidency.

The president told a press conference last night that he will not be backing down from his rematch with Donald Trump.

Marshall called on the White House to be more “transparent” when it comes to the 81-year-old’s health.

“The White House is absolutely lying to us”, he said.

“We found out that a Parkinson’s specialist has been in the White House eight times, we don’t know who he is seeing.

“But if the president has nothing to hide, he should come forward. They should show us his CAT scans and MRIs.

“He needs a dopamine scan, we need to know what his cognitive abilities are, some sort of a cognitive test is a tip of the iceberg.

“Not only is the White House hiding things, they are lying to us as well.”
