The 45th President previously swatted away jokes about his genitals by claiming his hands were not small

Barack Obama has sparked fury after seemingly making a crude joke about Donald Trump’s private parts.

The 44th President slammed his White House successor as he delivered a keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

Obama appeared to imply Trump’s jitteriness about crowd sizes could reflect an insecurity about another measurement.

The 63-year-old laughed at Trump over his “weird obsession with crowd sizes”, moving his hands from large to small and looking down to catch what he was doing.

Rows of Democrats roared with approval but Republicans fumed about the crass joke.

A comment on social media simply said: “This ain't the 'When they go low, we go high' party anymore.”

Conservative commentator Todd Starnes called Obama “weird” and “creepy” for having weighed in 'on the size of President Trump's private parts.

A disgruntled voter added: “They're having a weirdo off at these conventions.”

However, Trump appeared to express a rare moment of kindness to Obama ahead of his predecessor's speech in Chicago.

But Trump had previously peddled the unfounded “birther” conspiracy and claimed Obama was the “founder of Isis”.

The 45th President swatted away previous jokes about the size of his manhood ahead of his victory in 2016.

During the Republican Party primary race, Trump locked horns with Florida Senator Marco Rubio.

Rubio, who is now an ally of Trump said: “He’s always calling me Little Marco.

“And I’ll admit he’s taller than me. He’s like 6’2, which is why I don’t understand why his hands are the size of someone who is 5’2.

“And you know what they say about men with small hands? You can’t trust them.”

Firing back, Trump said: “Look at those hands, are they small hands?

“And he referred to my hands, ‘if they’re small, something else must be small’, I guarantee you there’s no problem.”

Adult actress Stormy Daniels also made reference to Trump’s genitals in her tell-all memoir Full Disclosure.

Daniels, who was embroiled in a hush money dispute with the ex-President, wrote: “He knows he has an unusual penis. It has a huge mushroom head. Like a toadstool.”
