The outspoken Canterbury MP joined hard-left pressure groups in condemning the PM
Labour MP Rosie Duffield has lashed out at the Prime Minister over his failure to declare that a multi-millionaire party donor bought clothes for his wife.
Lord Waheed Alli, a Labour peer since 1998, had covered the cost of a personal shopper, dresses and clothes alterations for Lady Victoria Starmer, the Sunday Times revealed.
The gifts were not initially declared in the register of MPs' interests - though it's understood that the PM approached parliamentary authorities on Tuesday to make a late declaration after being given updated advice on what needed to be registered.
Sir Keir Starmer faces calls for a "full investigation" into the alleged breach of parliamentary rules - led by the Tories, who have already dubbed the incident the "passes for glasses scandal".

But alongside the Conservative criticism, Starmer has come under fire from within his own party.
This morning, outspoken Labour MP Rosie Duffield took a series of swipes at the PM on social media in response to the Sunday Times article.
Replying to a post online, Duffield jabbed sarcastically: "Change."
Labour ran its 2024 election campaign under the one-word slogan of "change", vowing to clean up politics and restore trust in politicians.
Then, the Canterbury MP began engaging with members of the public in response to her post.

One, referencing the nearly £80,000 of donated items between 2019 and July 1 this year which Starmer has already declared, said "Labour sleaze is real".
Duffield, apparently highlighting the disparity between the donations and MPs' salaries, replied: "The lowest-paid backbench MPs (like me) now earn £91,000. The Leader of the Opposition is about £145,000, PM obviously considerably more.
"Some pensioners who will have their Winter Fuel Allowance removed will receive far less than £13,000," she added.
Another social media user asked: "What's happened to Labour, Rosie?" - to which she replied: "Power...".

Alongside Duffield, Starmer has also taken flak from hard-left pressure group Momentum - which accused the PM of "prioritising the rich and powerful" over the majority.
The group said: "Labour members deserve a leadership which has the moral clarity to prioritise the interests of the majority over the rich and powerful - that isn't what they're getting."
On Sunday morning, Foreign Secretary David Lammy was forced to defend the so-called scandal.
Speaking to the BBC, Lammy said the Starmers accepted the donations so they could "look their best".
He told the broadcaster: "I'm not suggesting the Prime Minister is broke," but "successive Prime Ministers want to look their best - and their partners - for the country... that is what lies behind this."
