Nigel Farage was speaking exclusively to GB News on the issue of immigration - an issue the Tories and Labour have failed to resolve

Nigel Farage delivered a brutal slap down to the Tory and Labour parties in an exclusive video to GB News members.

The Reform party leader outlined his plans to deal with immigration - the elephant in the room for both parties.

He said: "What is the big unspoken issue? Nobody wants to talk about it.

"'Please don't talk about immigration. It's too difficult. You might upset my children'. But actually, out there in the country, the population explosion, the impact is having on people's lives, whether it's housing, access to GP services, infrastructure, transport, roads, you name it, is massive.

"The Tories have completely failed on this. I don't think they're really even realising at their conference just how upset Brexit voters in 2019, Conservative voters are. You know, to promise tens of thousands and to deliver 1.24 million in the last two years is complete failure.

"Labour don't seem to have a clue about the boats, etc. Now the one thing we have to do to stop the illegal problem is leave the ECHR - Jenrick is right about that.

"But his party will never ever back that position. Um, and in terms of legal immigration, we have to cut the numbers. We have to cut the numbers right back. I would like to see a net zero, if I can use that phrase.

"People coming in, people going out. We cannot live with a population exploding the way that it is. And we really, really have to get serious about this."
