The influencer was arrested over allegations of human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women
Andrew Tate has been released from house arrest by a Romanian court as he awaits trial on charges of human trafficking.
The controversial influencer has been placed under judicial control - a lighter restrictive measure.
Tate was indicted in June along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian female suspects over allegations of human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.
The Bucharest Court of Appeals said in a written ruling that it "replaces the house arrest measure with that of judicial control for a period of 60 days from August 4 until October 2."

ReutersThe authorities had previously upgraded their investigation to the more serious crime of “human trafficking in continued form”, as another victim was also been added to the case which started out with six women.
Trafficking of adults carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years under Romanian law.
Seven alleged victims have come forward to claim they were recruited by the group under the false promises of love and marriage.
The suspects have denied the allegations.
A judge now has 60 days to inspect the case files and ensure legality, but the trial will not start until that process is completed.
Under the new measure, the four suspects can leave the house, but not the capital Bucharest and the surrounding Ilfov county.
They must check in regularly with the police and are also banned from trying to approach the victims.
The Tate brothers have been under house arrest since April and were initially held in police custody on December 29.

ReutersAndrew has been personally charged with raping one of the victims, while his brother Tristan is accused of instigating violence to others.
A spokesperson for Tate previously said: “We understand there is a lot of interest surrounding Andrew at the moment; however, he vehemently denies these accusations and does not condone violence of any kind towards women.
“All sexual acts that Andrew has partaken in have been consensual and agreed upon before by both parties.”
