One person has been killed and multiple others have been injured by gunmen in Kansas City, Missouri, during a Super Bowl victory parade.
Both gunmen have been taken into custody, officials confirm.
Video footage shows civilians tackling one shooter to the ground, however, this has not been confirmed by the police.
There are at least 10 to 15 victims, officials say. One is dead and three are in critical condition.

Video footage showed a chaotic scene outside the train station as police officers stormed into the building while people who had been attending the Super Bowl celebration scattered for cover.
Mayor Quinton Lucas has confirmed that all the players and staff of the Kansas City Chiefs are safe.
He said that Kansas went out today "looking to have a celebration", he says, but that was "marred by a shooting".
He adds that he was one of the people who ran for safety when the shooting began.
A spokesperson from the city police department said: "Shots were fired west of Union Station near the garage and multiple people were struck. We took two armed people into custody for more investigation."
Kansas City police chief Stacey Graves addressed the public and media at a press conference, stating that she is “angry".
Graves said: “Right now we have 10 to 15 injured, it could be upwards of 10 to 15, with one deceased, I do not have conditions on the victims right now. I do not believe any were children.”

Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly said on social media: "I have been evacuated and am out of harm's way. I encourage everyone to follow instructions and updates from @kcpolice. Please stay safe."
ABC News reports around one million paradegoers and 600 law enforcement officials were expected at Wednesday's celebration.
Officials said that the shooting took place west of Union Station, near the garage, as Chiefs fans were leaving.
Eyewitnesses told NBC News that celebrants were sent scrambling for cover, with police and law enforcement moving into the building.

Citing authorities, local television station KSHB 41 reported 10 victims in the incident, including several children, but it was not immediately clear whether all of those sustained gunshot wounds or other injuries.
It comes as celebrations were taking place in the city centre after the Chiefs snatched victory in the Super Bowl against the 49ers.
It is the first time since the New England Patriots - who won in 2004 and 2005 respectively - that a team has won back-to-back Super Bowl titles with Mahomes now a three-time NFL champion at 28 years old.
Chiefs Linebacker Drue Tranquill asked people to join him in prayer for the victims over "this heinous act."
On social media, he wrote: "Pray that doctors & first responders would have steady hands & that all would experience full healing."
