A transgender paedophile will face nearly three more years in jail after attacking prison guards, sending bomb threats and threatening to blend a warden's genitals, a court has heard.

51-year-old Marcia Walker - born Mark Walker, legally recognised as female, but deemed too dangerous for a women's prison - had left a litany of voicemails full of violent threats to prison officers earlier this year.

Walker, originally jailed for 13 years in 2003 for raping a pair of girls as young as four and currently at Durham's HMP Frankland for a string of convictions since, had sent the messages from within the facility.

In one call, Guildford Crown Court heard, Walker made a hoax bomb threat to Crimestoppers, informing the crime charity there was an explosive device in HMP Frankland's car park.

The court heard how Walker had also sent audio messages threatening to cut off one man's penis, put his genitals in a blender, sever the brakes on his car, place a bomb under said car and burn down his house.

The convicted paedophile had also sent out voicemails promising to shoot a prison warden dead, alongside others containing a swathe of racist comments, according to the Mail.

It wasn't just vile phone calls - inside Frankland, the 51-year-old physically assaulted a pair of prison officers.

For the crimes, Walker was convicted of two counts of racially aggravated public disorder, and handed 18 weeks in prison.

Another two counts of assaulting an emergency worker left Walker with an extra 31 weeks, while the two charges of sending malicious communications landed another year in prison.

The 51-year-old also admitted to communicating false information about the bomb with intent - a six-month sentence.

And for sending a communication threatening serious harm, the convict is set to spend another two years and three months locked up.

A number of the sentences dished out in Guildford on August 20 were ordered to run concurrently - and tot up to a further 33 months behind bars.

One further charge of sexually assaulting a man was dropped.

Since Walker's original conviction, the rapist has served additional sentences for a number of crimes.

While jailed at HMP Long Lartin in Worcestershire, the now-51-year-old was convicted of making false bomb threats against the prison's governor and his staff.

Then, in November 2012, Walker was given a further six months in jail for threatening the then-Home Secretary Theresa May in another bomb hoax letter - calling her "a dead woman".

Now, Walker shares HMP Frankland with Lee Rigby's murderer Michael Adebolajo, serial killer Levi Bellfield, who murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler, and ex-police officer Wayne Couzens, who kidnapped, raped and murdered Sarah Everard.

The Prison Service said: "Transgender prisoners do not receive special treatment and have access to the same facilities as male prisoners."
