Neighbour from hell terrifies new mum as she yells about ‘Satan and judgment day’ as she walks down residential street

A new mum has been left terrified as one of her neighbours has been walking up and down her residential street yelling about God, Satan and judgment day.
The desperate parent took to social media to ask others for advice on how to approach the issue.
The woman recently moved to a residential street in Liverpool and wanted to make it clear that this wasn't an "attack on anyone's religion or belief".
She described her new area as a "small neighbourhood" that is "really calm and quiet", which is why she moved there.
The terrified mother took to Reddit to ask others for advice
Since moving in however, she's had trouble with one of her neighbours that lives a few doors down and leaves her terrified.
She wrote: "It's an older lady that have taken upon herself to clean the street and that itself isn't an issue. That is out right admirable.
"However, when she walks up and down the street she yells about god, singing hymns, judgment day, Satan and at one point said that 'she will be the one that she will be the one that take care of the children once the judgment day had arrived'.
"(Leaves me a bit uneased as I am a new parent) I have seen her shouting on another neighbour for just painting his house."

The anonymous Redditor explained that the woman walks up and down the street from around 10am for approximately 10 minutes.
However, sometimes she does it early in the morning, which leaves the mum even more frightened.
She explained that her partner as well as other residents on the street have tried to reason with their neighbour and get her to "quiet down" as she disturbs the peace.
But she added that this hasn't helped and that the woman continues unfazed.
She said: "But it haven't helped she isn't aggressive she just ignores it.
"I have also seen other people shouting from their windows for her to be quiet and she just answers by being louder and point at their houses."
The woman finished her post by asking fellow social media users for advice on what to do.
She wrote: "I know what she is doing isn't illegal. But since talking doesn't seem to work I wanted to ask for advice on how we could approach the issue?"
Social media users took to the comments section, with some suggesting she contacts her local councillor, while others urged her to call 101.
