A National Lottery winner who dumped her ex after scooping a monster jackpot has got a new boyfriend.

Laura Hoyle, 40, from Wolverhampton, landed the £10,000 a month for 30 years prize in 2021, as part of the National Lottery's Set for Life prize.

At the time she was dating her then-boyfriend, Kirk Stevens, 39, who lived in Nottingham.

Shortly after her win, Hoyle quit her job at Evri (then Hermes), payed for her boyfriend's Master's degree and moved into his home with him.

The pair had two dogs together, a pair of cocker spaniels named Teddy and Barney.

They proceeded to buy a Posche Cayenne and also set up a ghost-hunting business called K & L Ghost Hunters.

But their relationship ended just 16 months later and Hoyle moved into a £500,000 home the couple had planned to share.

The ticket was bought in Hoyle's name and on her account, but Stevens is adamant the pair jointly scooped the jackpot.

When Stevens asked Hoyle about the money following their breakup, she allegedly replied: "What about our lottery win? It's not ours, it's mine."

She added that the £1,000 she had previously been paying him every month was "rent" and not a share of the winnings.

The 40-year-old appears to have now moved on as she has posted pictures on her social media alongside her new man, Graham Jones.

Hoyle and Jones are pictured enjoying themselves on the Strictly Ballroom floor, recreating the Titanic pose on board a boat, as well as at a birthday party.

The new couple, thought to have been dating for around a year has been described as "beautiful" by a friend who commented on the post, while another wrote: "Great to see you happy".

The pictures have devastated Kirk, who previously told the Sun: “Laura had told me we’d live the life of Riley if we won.

“We had plans for the future. We were going to buy properties together and build an empire.”

He added that all he wanted was 10 per cent of the win: "If she continues to pay me £1,000 a month, I’ll happily walk away. She won’t even notice it.”
