Meghan, Prince Harry and their son Archie Harrison, lived in Perry's Beverly Hills mansion for a few months before buying a home in Montecito.
The Duchess of Sussex revealed that she had never met the actor and filmmaker before she and her family stayed in his Los Angeles estate.
In her interview with The Cut, she revealed that Mr Perry got in touch when she married Prince Harry in 2019 to let her know he was praying for her and that he "understood what this meant, and that he could only imagine what it was like."

Speaking to Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager on NBC’s Today Wednesday, Perry said: “Yes, it was a very difficult time for them. What I know about the two of them, that I wish the world knew, is how much they love."
