A migrant video'd himself threatening to shoot the Reform leader

A heated debate broke out on GB News this evening as human rights lawyer Shoaib Khan argued a migrant who was filmed making a death threat to Nigel Farage should be allowed into Britain.

The video in question shows a migrant responding to comments made by Nigel about him as he documented his endeavour to reach the country via a small boat across the English Channel.

Nigel described the comments as a “threat on my life”, fearing what may happen should the man successfully reach British shores.

But according to Khan, having the migrant on British shores will actually help keep Nigel safe.

“I think deportation or sending people away from this country, people feel that is some sort of solution to our problems”, Khan said on GB News.

“If they have committed a criminal offence, we will want to extradite him to the UK and try and prosecute him.”

Martin Daubney argued we “don’t want to do that” as the migrant in question will end up becoming the UK taxpayers’ problem.

“We don’t want to do that - that would then make him our problem”, he said.

“He would be the UK taxpayers’ liability because he will be straight in nick and we will have to pay for his food and lodgings for the next few years.

“Why on earth should an illegal immigrant issuing death threats to an elected MP be welcomed into the UK?”

Khan hit back: “If it is this Government’s responsibility to keep Farage safe, we should not be looking at ‘oh, this will cost tens of thousands of pounds’.

“The point is, we need to keep Farage safe. If that is our aim, that is our aim.”

Martin then contended with Khan’s logic, thousands of migrants could be issuing death threats from the beaches of France only to find themselves winding up in UK jails, making the perilous trip across the Channel a much easier task.

“What I’m saying is, if he does end up here, deporting him is not the answer”, Khan said.

“I think you have a very naive viewpoint.”

Martin hit back: “Surely the more naive viewpoint is, ‘let’s get the Afghan into Britain and then he will be less of a threat’.”

Keeping the migrant in Britain, where authorities will be able to keep an eye on his activities, would be a more logical course of action, Khan argued.

Mada Pasa, who posted videos to his TikTok documenting his trip across Europe to the beaches of France, is believed to originate from Afghanistan.

He was seen with a group of men in Stockholm, Sweden, before they set off to France via Germany.

Pasa, who has a gun tattoo emblazoned across his face, told Nigel “don’t talk s*** about me” in a direct message.

He then appeared to mimic the use of a gun as he set out his intentions for how he would deal with the Reform UK leader.
