The Merseyside mother claimed her drink had been spiked at the time of the attack

A furious mother hurled stones at her neighbour in a drunken 5am attack after being berated for making too much noise.

Aimee Murphy, a 22-year-old mother-of-two, launched stones and broken roof tiles at the window of her neighbour’s home on May 3.

Footage also captured Murphy’s breasts falling out of her top during the vodka-fuelled attack.

The clip showed the moment the mum spotted her breasts falling from her strappy halterneck before she hurriedly put them back in.

Murphy, from Netherton in Merseyside, claimed her drink had been spiked at the time of the attack.

She rewatched the “extremely unattractive” footage at Sefton Magistrates' Court.

The 22-year-old admitted assault but could face up to 16 weeks in jail for the bizarre incident.

Angela Blackmore, prosecuting, said: “The females appeared to be drunk or under the influence of something. She could not understand what was being said.

“There was mention of someone smoking drugs. They were shouting at one of the residents to come down.

“Ultimately, the victim indicated she looked out of the window after banging on the communal door at the place, because of the time of the morning, and shouted at them to go away. The defendant came over to the window.”

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

A man with her at the time attempted to pull her away but she carried on with her assault.

Blackmore added: “She picked it up and threw it repeatedly. At the fourth time, the window cracked.

“She threw it six more times until the window smashed. The victim was standing there in the window recording.”

Police were soon called and the defendant left the scene.

The victim’s shin was bruised during the ordeal, with the attack lasting half an hour before police arrived.

Peter White, defending, said Murphy could not recall getting home that evening.

He said: “That is not how she normally behaves. She has two children, the children reside with their grandmother.”

White added: “She is on Universal Credit at present. She did make realistic admissions in the police interview.

“I appreciate that the footage is extremely unattractive but there are prompt guilty pleas.

“There has been no offending since and there have been no issues since. It is not going to be repeated.”

Murphy, who was granted bail, will appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court for sentencing on August 14.
