Tesco Clubcard has partnered with OVO to offer big rewards for new and existing customers
Tesco Clubcard holders can claim 2,500 free points worth £25 through a new partnership with OVO Energy.
The offer is available to both new and existing OVO customers who meet specific eligibility requirements.
Customers can receive the points, equivalent to £25 in Tesco vouchers, simply by linking their Tesco Clubcard account with their OVO Energy account.
The value of these points can be doubled to £50 when spent with Tesco's Clubcard Reward Partners, including brands like Disney+, easyJet holidays, and RAC Breakdown Cover.
The offer runs until June 11, 2025, giving customers several months to take advantage of the free points scheme.
Customers should note that switching energy suppliers within the first 60 days of signing up will result in forfeiting the reward.
Once claimed, the Clubcard vouchers remain valid for two years and can be used both in-store and online at Tesco.
To be eligible for the 2,500 Clubcard points, customers must meet six specific criteria:
Existing OVO customers can claim the points by logging into their online account and navigating to 'Our Partners' under the profile icon.
From there, customers need to click the Tesco Clubcard logo to check eligibility and link their accounts.
New OVO customers can link their Clubcard account during the initial sign-up process with the energy supplier.
Once accounts are successfully linked and the offer is activated, Tesco will credit the 2,500 Clubcard points within 60 days.
If customers become ineligible during the 60-day period, for example by stopping Direct Debit payments, the reward will be paused.
They will then have 180 days to become eligible again, at which point the 60-day period will resume from where it was paused.
