Tesco has made some big updates to its popular meal deals
Tesco has shared the latest additions to its meal deal.
This will give customers even more choice when shopping in stores.
Tesco has added five new handmade baguettes to its premium meal deal.
This includes tuna, mayo and cucumber, Wiltshire ham, cheddar & dijon mustard and free range egg mayonnaise & rocket.
Mozzarella, tomato & basil pesto and chicken & beechwood bacon Caesar will also be available.
Shoppers can get this with a drink and snack for just £5 for Clubcard holders.
The premium meal deal was launched by Tesco earlier this year to offer elevated mains.
It is offered alongside the standard meal deal that's £3.90, or £3.40 with a Tesco Clubcard.
The new options will be trialled in 170 stores across the UK.
Tesco brand manager Violaine Barthe said: “We know our customers like the occasional lunchtime treat and our new range of baguettes with five delicious fillings give them the perfect excuse to do so.
“And with a main, snack and drink in our premium meal deal costing just £5 for Clubcard members, treating yourself at lunchtime doesn’t have to break the bank.”
This comes as Tesco has rolled out a number of other changes in stores.
