Style varies from person to person but according to one expert, certain looks can age us prematurely.
To look a decade younger, women might want to bid farewell to oversized prints.
"Get these out of your closet to look 10 years younger," instructed menopause advocate and women empowerment author Tamsen Fadal.
Tamsen acknowledged that clothing should be used for self-expression and that women should "be true" to themselves when getting dressed. Nevertheless, there are some style choices that are "helping [her] out these days".

The influencer, who calls herself "your fairy godmother", advised women to "get rid" of clothing that has oversized prints. She claimed that these can often be found in blouses and maxi dresses.
Tamsen said: "They can be hard. Instead of those, keep an eye out for the smaller prints that can help take 10 years off your age in some cases."
This style swap is a very easy one to make. Clothing with smaller prints is just as popular and common across clothing stores and is not more expensive.
A style influencer also weighed in on prints and ageing, offering a word of advice for women.
According to Tamsen, women can also look years younger than they are by saying goodbye to "unflattering, dated jeans".
She advised ditching the jeans that simply do not fit anymore and saying goodbye to "mom jeans and weird crops".
Women should take care when selecting the right jeans for them as a flattering pair can make a real difference.
A fashion influencer said that women over 40 "should never wear" a specific style of jeans.
Tamsen also encouraged women to ditch "boxy" clothing, as these items may not create a "flattering shape" or "highlight your best proportions".
She said that many women opt for clothes that accentuate their breasts and nip in their waist, but these decisions should be made on a person-by-person basis depending on what works for them.
