A wellness expert spoke exclusively to GB News about how women can look 10 years younger

While ageing is inevitable, many women are keen to turn back the clock. A wellness expert told GB News how women can look younger in "days" by ditching one type of food.
Christianne Wolff urged women to ditch foods that cause inflammation in the body.
The expert, and author of several books in The Body Rescue Plan series, said: "You can actually look younger in as little as a few days if you reduce or quit inflammatory-causing foods.
"When your body becomes inflamed you get bloated, puffy and dark circles under your eyes. Your skin colour can become grey and your eyes, hair and nails can look dull and lifeless.

"Inflammation also causes pain in your joints and body, which ages how you move. Pain is one of the biggest agers on your skin."
Some foods that cause inflammation include refined carbohydrates, such as white bread and pastries, chips and other fried foods, fizzy drinks and other sugar-sweetened beverages, margarine and red and processed meats.
In contrast, tomatoes, olive oil and leafy green veggies such as spinach and kale, are known for being anti-inflammatory.
Nuts such as almonds and walnuts also fall into this category, as well as oily fish and several fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and oranges.
The expert also recommended that women up their water intake. Not drinking enough may age you prematurely.
She said: "If you are not sufficiently hydrated your skin becomes more wrinkly and if you don’t get the right nutrients your skin´s condition is weathered and old."
Christianne offered her ultimate tips for ageless beauty. She said: "Very simply, drink more water, and have a green smoothie each morning to hydrate and replenish lost minerals and vitamins.
"Reduce or quit sugar, caffeine and alcohol and you will be well on your way to looking years younger in a few weeks."
Eating well has the added benefit of helping women get the perfect amount of shut-eye.

"Getting the right nutrients is also key to a great night's sleep, which also affects how you look.
"We all know a bad night's sleep can age us by years, but regular good sleep takes years off you," she said.
In addition to enjoying a healthy diet, women who want to look younger should also make sure they get moving.
The expert said: "Regular exercise is also beneficial for keeping us younger, especially postural work. One of the giveaway signs of someone looking older is the way they carry themselves, stiff in the hips, hunched at the neck and not moving with a swing in their step."
Christianne concluded: "Doing all the above also helps contribute to a good sleep pattern and good mood, happiness and laughter are the keys to looking youthful."
