She said: "I have been on a hair health journey and I've finally found things that actually work for me - and allow me to bleach my hair."
The hair care enthusiast urged others to "stop using extreme heat", revealing that she only uses her Dyson tool once per week.
The rest of the time, she styles her hair in a "heatless blow-out", which causes a lot less damage.
Isabella revealed that she washes her hair once a week, so uses her heated tool on the first night and then heatless styles for the following six.
There are many ways long-haired ladies can achieve salon-worthy strands without heated tools.
To achieve volume, there are countless shampoos, conditioners, serums and mousses designed specifically for this purpose.
For a curly look, space buns, sock curls or braids can all give you a DIY bouncy look.
The experts at hair loss clinic Hair Doctors confirmed that excessive heat usage can do your strands a lot of damage.
They said: "Heat styling tools have become integral to our everyday hair care routines, assisting in achieving various styles and looks. Hairdryers, straighteners and curling irons, among others, apply high temperatures to alter the hair’s shape and texture.
"However, excessive heat exposure can have negative effects on the hair’s cuticle and protein structure. This damage may render the hair brittle, leading to issues like breakage and split ends."

The experts warned that heat can have a "detrimental" effect on the hair, including damage to the cuticle; protein structure breakdown; loss of moisture; changes in hair texture; colour fading; thinning and hair loss; and overall hair health decline.
As well as reducing her use of heated tools, Isabella credited products such as a good shampoo and conditioner, hair masques, hair growth serum and various hair oils for her transformation.
In addition to practising healthy hair care, if you're looking to revamp your locks, a trip to the salon can work wonders.
Women have been told the best haircut for "creating the illusion of fuller hair" - it gives "texture and movement".
