Shiny, thick hair is the envy of the world, but for many people, it feels impossible to achieve.
Although the texture of hair is partly down to a person's genetic makeup, using the right products can make a big difference.
Many people turn to hair gloss, a semi-permanent hair treatment, to add shine and softness to their hair.
But a content creator named Julia Jensen claims she's found something even better.

In a recent TikTok clip, the content creator said she uses an oil capsule to achieve similar results for a fraction of the price.
Jensen said the hair vitamin serum capsule, which she purchased on Amazon, has made a bigger difference to hair than any other high-end product.
“I’ve been on a hair health journey the last couple of years and it’s the reason I went from being blonde my entire life to brunette,” she said.
“I have found this hidden gem of a product that I have been using to give my hair this beautiful shiny look.
“I feel like I’ve honestly tried all the high-end leave-ins and this little [product' has been my holy grail for shiny hair.
“I got these on Amazon and it says hair vitamins, so it kind of seems like you would take it orally but it’s not.”
The little capsules contain a blend of Morrocan oil, Macadamia oil Avocado oil, and vitamins A, C, E and B5.
They have twist-off tops that can be snipped off to remove the oil. Apply this to the hair after coming out of the shower, Jensen advised.
“Apply along the length of the hair but avoid applying the product to the roots.
“I am telling you, I have done hair glossing, I have used all the super high-end products because I’m an aesthetician [but] this is the best. People need to know about this.”
