Marks & Spencer has launched a new range

Marks & Spencer Foodhalls have introduced a new range this year: Brain Food.

This includes products that are packed full of vitamins, offering various health benefits.

The latest item to land on shelves has been highlighted by the retailer on its social media page. A post read: "New in the M&S Foodhall – there’s a new big (and little) shot in town.

"Support your brain health with something sensationally slurp-able this Jan - our new Brain Food Tropical Kefir Shot.

"Available in a multi-pack of three or single serves, these mango, passion fruit and pineapple kefir shots are made with British milk and are a source of vitamin B12 and iodine, designed to support your brain health as part of a balanced diet.

"This delicious daily shot is a bit of a no-brainer really. Find them in your local M&S Foodhall or on @ocadouk now."

Kerif is a fermented tangy milk drink that is often compared to yoghurt.

It consists of a collection of bacteria making it high in probiotics, which can help with immunity, digestion and overall gut health.

M&S shoppers headed straight to the comments section to leave their verdict on the new health shots.

One customer said they "look amazing" while another simply left the "clapping hands" emoji.

Others discussed the Brain Food range as a whole, with a shopper penning: "Honestly love this new range, nice to see products that are actually healthy and not just misleading, ultra-processed junk."

Another agreed stating, "I am truly invested in these new Brain food items" while a third said they had tried the ginger shots and think they are "great".
