The Eat Well Sunshine Bowl features Good Gut Kefir Yoghurt topped with fresh mango and pineapple, accompanied by super-seeded wheat granola and finished with a passion fruit drizzle.
In its social media post, M&S highlighted that this breakfast option counts as one of your five-a-day, whilst also supporting gut health.
For those preferring savoury options, the Super Greens Omelette Bowl comes with an avocado, feta and grain salad, complemented by a creamy dressing.
"If you like your breakfasts fruity, our gut-friendly Eat Well Sunshine Bowl is filled with Good Gut Kefir Yoghurt," M&S told customers, emphasising the nutritious nature of their new breakfast offerings.
The Eat Well Loaded Tomato & Basil soup comes topped with pesto and crispy pitta chips, offering a warming, nutritious option for lunch.
To complement the new food items, M&S has introduced a caffeine-free Spiced Turmeric Latte to its beverage menu.
"Wash all of them down with our incredible caffeine-free Spiced Turmeric Latte, full of warming cinnamon, ginger and black pepper flavours and a touch of maple syrup," the retailer suggested.
The cosy drink combines traditional spices with a subtle sweetness, providing a healthy alternative to caffeinated beverages.
Several M&S customers took to social media to praise the new healthy options.
The comments section was flooded with commenters sharing heart-eye emojis accompanying compliments such as "Oh wow" and "Nice".
