New Kinder treat spotted in Asda but some shoppers are not impressed - 'it's blooming crazy'

The new product was highlighted in a post by blog Newfoodsuk which said: "New Milky Caramel Kinder Santa!! Wow, this is stunning!

"Almost tastes like blonde chocolate with hints of Kinder chocolate, absolutely stunning! We got this from Asda!"

The post garnered nearly 7,000 positive 'reactions' on Facebook and around 4,000 comments and chocolate fans shared their opinions.

One person who had already bought the treat said, "it's really nice" while a second added, "these sound lovely".

A third declared it "looks delicious" and a fourth said it looked "yummy". Many others stated they "need" to get their hands on the sweet treat.

Others highlighted the festive theme of the product as a shopper penned, "I've found my Christmas present" and another commented, "I want this for my stocking this Christmas".

However, a number of chocolate fans were less impressed with the Christmas themed find.

A shopper complained, "it is August" and a second said, "we've not even had Halloween yet".

Another claimed they saw the chocolate a few weeks ago, saying it's "been out since July here, blooming crazy". One more joked: "It's only August! It wouldn't last in the house, I'd have to eat it."

This comes as Krispy Kreme announces "your new favourite doughnuts" with eight additions to its menu, and Britons can't wait to try.

It said: "Say hello to your new favourite doughnuts! From a fruity explosion to triple chocolate heaven and timeless classics, we’ve got every craving covered with eight new flavours and a revamp of some old faves. (Don’t worry, the Original Glazed isn’t going anywhere!)."
