"I'm pretty busy, so I don't mean take hour-long walks every day. But I know I can get in at least two 10 to 15-minute walks every day."

"Sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking briskly can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier.
"You do not have to walk for hours. A brisk 10-minute daily walk has lots of health benefits and counts towards your 150 minutes of weekly exercise, as recommended in the physical activity guidelines for adults aged 19 to 64."
Tips for quick and easy weight loss

Advising women to get a minimum of seven hours of sleep each day, Jenna said: "I am going to bed on time every single night.
