Andrew has lived in Cornwall for around 30 years, since moving in the 1990s.
More specifically, the musician settled down in the Wadebridge area.

It is also a great base for visiting the seaside, located just eight miles from the coast.

Detached homes were the most popular and they had a higher selling price of £498,821.
The average cost of a house has soared in recent years and is 22 per cent up on 2020.
