Former footballer Rio Ferdinand and wife Kate’s young son was rushed to hospital following an accident during a family holiday.
The ex-Manchester United and England star’s son Cree, aged just three years old, was revealed to have suffered a serious injury by his mother on social media.
Ferdinand and The Only Way Is Essex star Kate married in 2019 and share two children, Cree and Shae, who was born last year.
The family were holidaying on the Greek island of Mykonos when their eldest son had to be rushed to hospital via ambulance.
Kate confirmed on social media her son had suffered a broken collar bone in her Instagram story as their trip drew to a close.
The 33-year-old's post was a black-and-white image of her in the back of the ambulance with Cree, who is laid on his back.

"We ended a fabulous trip with a broken collar bone. My boy just always gets injured!!” she wrote with the post.
In the update, the TOWIE star also explained the stress of the incident and how she is helping her son recuperate.
“It's been sleepless nights, cuddles, tv & chocolate since,” she concluded.
Ferdinand and Kate were also joined on the holiday by his children with previous wife Rebecca Ellison, who tragically died from cancer in 2015.

Sons Lorenz, 18, and Tate, 16, with daughter Tia, 13, travelled with their stepmother and stepsiblings to the Greek island.
Kate has previously glowed about her blended family life, explaining her stepchildren often pitch in to help her with Cree and Shae.
"Tia is really helpful. We're happy we've got another girl on side,” she said following the birth of her baby daughter.
Ferdinand’s sons have also been spending time with Cree, freeing up the 33-year-old to better care for Shae.
“The boys are out a lot because of football, but they help me out with Cree, so I'm able to look after the baby,” Kate concluded.
The former TOWIE star has said it took some time to adjust to her new life when she married Ferdinand, becoming a stepmum aged just 27.

Speaking on Anna Richardson's It Can't Just Be Me podcast, Kate admitted: “"When I think back, I don't know how we did navigate it and it's a real big blur.”
“I went from being a single, carefree girl to a stepmum-of-three. And these kids have gone through so much, and there's grief. It's all a bit of a blur,” she concluded.
