Elvis and Priscilla Presley's daughter died on January 12, 2023

Priscilla Presley has shared an emotional tribute to her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley on the second anniversary of her death.

The 79-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday to express her grief, sharing a video of Lisa Marie set to somber music.

"I miss you more than words can say," Priscilla wrote. "I wish I could hold you, talk to you, see your smile just one more time."

In the heartfelt post, which she signed as "Mom", Priscilla added: "I wish you could see how much you are still loved, how deeply you are missed by all of us who carry you in our hearts."

The tribute marks two years since Lisa Marie, the only child of Elvis Presley, died aged 54 on January 12, 2023.

Lisa Marie's daughter, actress Riley Keough, also marked the anniversary on social media, sharing a screenshot from a past video call with her mother.

"Two years. I love you always," Keough wrote, later adding: "I can't believe it's been two years, I miss you and love you so much mama."

Lisa Marie's half-brother Navarone Garcia shared a photo of them together, reflecting on their relationship.

"Sending love and thinking of you today," Garcia wrote. "People seem to love to judge or have an opinion on our relationship but I do truly miss the good times we had."

Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan also paid tribute, sharing a photo of Lisa Marie with the caption: "Gone two years. Hard to believe. She's very missed."

Lisa Marie suffered cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California, on January 12, 2023, at approximately 10:30am.

She was rushed to West Hills Hospital, where her heart was restarted through CPR administered during transport.

Despite medical intervention, she passed away later that day at the hospital.

According to her autopsy report, Lisa Marie died from complications stemming from bariatric surgery that she had undergone years prior.

The medical examiner determined the specific cause was a small bowel obstruction.

In the months before her death, she had been experiencing long-lasting fevers, nausea, abdominal pain and vomiting.

While opioids were found in her system at the time of death, the coroner confirmed these did not contribute to her passing.

Her final public appearance was just two days earlier at the 80th Golden Globe Awards, which she attended with her mother Priscilla.

A public memorial service for Lisa Marie was held at Graceland on January 22, 2023, with hundreds in attendance and over 1.5 million people watching via live stream.

She was laid to rest in the Graceland Meditation Garden, next to her son Benjamin Keough, and adjacent to her father Elvis.

Priscilla led the eulogies, reading a letter penned by Keough which stated: "I have no idea how to put my mother into words. Truth is there are too many."
