The singer's five-bedroom mansion is back on the rental market
Liam Payne's Florida mansion has gone up for rental availability just one month after the singer's tragic death.
Former One Direction star Payne, 31, fell to his death on October 16 from a third-floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with three people having been charged just last week in connection with the incident.
Now, the South Florida home he resided in with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy is on the market for someone else to move into, according to TMZ.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Wellington reportedly went back up for rent in late October for $9,950 per month.
Payne and Cassidy had signed a short-term lease on the property during the summer, moving into the home in September.
Cassidy, 25, had previously shared an inside peek at the lavish home on her TikTok account.

Once the pair had moved into the $1.7million property, Cassidy provided a small glimpse into the mansion with a much-anticipated tour to fans.
She showcased in the clips the home's grand entrance before exploring the rooms inside.
News of Payne's death sent shockwaves throughout the entertainment world and One Direction fans, with tributes still being paid to the star as recently as last week.
Singer Rita Ora honoured Payne in an emotional speech on Sunday as she hosted the MTV European Music Awards in Manchester.

The 33-year-old Masked Singer star collaborated with Payne in 2018 with the hit single For You.
As the ceremony neared its end, Ora switched the tone of the upbeat event as she paid tribute to the Strip That Down hit-maker.
"I just want to take a moment to remember someone very, very dear to us," she told the audience at the city's Co-op Live arena.
"We lost him recently, and he was a big part of the MTV world and my world."
Holding back tears, she continued: "Liam Payne was one of the kindest people that I knew.
"He had the biggest heart and was always the first person to offer help in any way that he could."
