Gregg Wallace, 60, has been accused by a further three women of 'inappropriate' sexual behaviour.
The BBC has reported fresh allegations against Wallace from three women including claims of groping and exposing himself.
Wallace has not yet commented on the latest allegations, but his lawyers have previously strenuously denied any wrongdoing, saying: "It is entirely false that he (Wallace) engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature."
GB News has approached Wallace's reps for comment, as well as the BBC and Banijay.
The woman, who the BBC gives the name Lisa, alleges Wallace: "Brushed past me at the checkout, and touched my bum with his waist and penis and laughed."
She claims the former MasterChef presenter then said: "Oooh you liked that didn't you!"
"But I wasn’t ok about it. When I finished the shoot, I felt it was slimy, disgusting. He just didn’t need to touch my body, it made me uncomfortable," Lisa told the BBC.

Lisa worked on the BBC show Eat Well For Less in 2015.
The BBC reports that the production company Banijay have no record of the incident being raised at their child company, RDF Television, who made Eat Well For Less.
The second allegation against Wallace comes from 'Anna' (another pseudonym) who worked on the BBC cooking show MasterChef, also in 2015.
The 60-year-old stepped down from his role as presenter and judge on the BBC's flagship cookery competition earlier this week amidst the claims being made against him whilst an investigation is being conducted.

While working on the show, Anna claims she was called to Wallace's dressing room to help him fix his bow tie.
Anna alleges that, as she began to fix the tie, she noticed Wallace's trousers were "partially lowered" and that: "His pubic hair was on show, where you can see the top part of his penis, and he was wearing no boxers underneath."
The star allegedly did not apologise and "stared" in a way that felt like "a power play".
"I was shocked, I felt embarrassed by the whole thing," Anna said.
Anna said she quickly left the room and shared the issue with colleagues who "escalated" the issue to higher-ups at production company Shine.
According to the BBC, Shine offered her the option to take the complaint further but she declined to do so, although made an agreement not to have to go to Wallace's dressing room again.
The BBC reports that Banijay, who also own Shine, has said that senior producers addressed the issue with Anna, determining that the dressing room door remained open during the exchange, and that she did not feel "threatened" at any point during the incident.
Banijay says the claim was also raised with the BBC.
The third accusation comes from a woman the BBC has named as "Sarah" who claims groped her while sharing a group hug.
Sarah alleges Wallace asked her to escort him to the car park while working with him at an event in 2022.
She said: "As we walked down, he started putting his arm around me, saying 'go on, hold my hand, don’t you want to stand next to me.'"
While in a lift, Wallace is claimed to have pulled Sarah into a group hug with others where he: "Put his hand on my bottom and groped me. It made me feel gross, it was horrible."
Sarah said she now struggles to watch Wallace on TV programmes, saying: "I can't bear to look at his face."
Earlier today, the BBC announced that two MasterChef celebrity Christmas specials had been pulled from the BBC’s schedule amidst the growing accusations.
A spokesperson for the BBC said: “As we have said, MasterChef is an amazing competition which is life-changing for the chefs taking part and the current series of MasterChef: The Professionals is continuing as planned.
“The celebrity Christmas specials are obviously a different type of show and in the current circumstances we have decided not to broadcast them.”

Wallace currently faces allegations of inappropriate behaviour from 13 people across five shows over a 17-year period.
Banijay UK has said it is "committed to fully co-operating throughout the process" and called on anyone who has a complaint against Wallace to come forward. He denies the claims.
A BBC source reiterated that there was an ongoing process in place being run by Banijay and urged caution around "pre-judging" any of the matters recently raised.
