Reality TV star Gemma Collins has unveiled a glamorous new look on Instagram while revealing she has dropped two dress sizes with the help of weight-loss medication Mounjaro.
The former Towie star, 43, shared her transformation on social media on Thursday evening, celebrating her first photoshoot without requiring shapewear.
Collins has partnered with Yazen, a company providing weight-loss injections and medical support, describing the treatment as "life-changing" for her ongoing weight-loss journey.
In her Instagram post, Collins showcased her new blonde fringe and waves whilst having pink glossy lipstick applied during a glamorous photoshoot.
"Maybe she's born with it... maybe it's Mounjaro," she captioned the image, adding: "I had a big shoot today and it's the first time I haven't had to wear my skims and Spanx."
The television personality appeared fully glammed up, wearing a full face of makeup that highlighted her transformation.
Speaking about her transformation, Collins told her 2.2 million followers: "This has been life-changing for me. I feel healthier, I happier."
The reality star expressed her excitement about the future, stating: "I'm really looking forward to this year, I may finally be able to wear a bikini again."
She credited the medication for making a significant difference after trying "every diet my whole life" without success.
In an emotional revelation, Collins opened up about her past struggles with weight. "I've been bullied and tortured all my life for being overweight," she shared.

"I feel like a massive weight's been lifted off my shoulders," Collins admitted. "Only if you're overweight do you know the struggle, you know the downfalls."
The star expressed hope for newfound freedom, stating: "I will finally be free. I will finally be able to live my best life and just be free from all that upset and stress and turmoil."
According to sources close to Collins, her decision to use weight-loss medication came after extensive research about the risks and benefits.
"Gemma's tried almost every diet going and nothing has ever really worked for her, but she's always said she wants to be healthy," a source told OK! Magazine.
"She isn't just focused on how she looks, this is about her wanting to be as healthy as possible and feel confident," the source added.
The star is reportedly using the treatment under proper medical supervision through Yazen.
