Comedian Duncan Norvelle has died at the age of 66 on Thursday after reportedly battling a chest infection and sepsis.
His death and battle with sepsis come 12 years after suffering a stroke which left half his body paralysed.
The star survives his girlfriend Linda Trevallion who cared for him after his stroke and his three children: Sophie, 44, Yasmin, 35 and Jack, 15.
Trevallion confirmed he passed away on Thursday at 8.15am and told The Sun he died from the infections but was not in any pain.
She said: "He's at peace and he's made millions of people laugh in his lifetime. I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about him."
Even though they never married, Trevalloin said: "We were together like husband and wife. I fell in love with the man, it made no difference about the stroke. I helped him, but he could do a lot for himself."

Trevallion, Jack and Yasmine were able to be with him when he died, however, his other daughter Sophie could not get back in time from Spain.
His girlfriend heartbreakingly said: "I never wish anyone to suffer. I just want to still hold him, and love him a bit more. It's never enough. I knew it was coming but you're never prepared."
Tributes for Norvelle came flooding in, including from Lizzie Cundy who penned on X: "Very sad to hear comedian Duncan Norvelle has passed away. His famous trade mark saying, 'chase me, chase me' used to make me laugh so much.
"Sending all my love and thoughts to his family."

"My thoughts go out to all his family at this time, you’ll be greatly missed mate, rest easy."
Back in 2012, Norvelle suffered a stroke and was told by doctors that it was unlikely he would ever walk or talk properly again.
Afterwards, he noted: "I saw a lot of stroke patients give up and not question what the doctors were saying to them but I was determined to get better and live my life."
