The former A Place in the Sun host issued a trigger warning to her followers
Danni Menzies has candidly opened up about the injuries and repercussion she sustained after a moped crashed into her in London last year.
The former Channel 4 host was left with facial injuries after a moped driver "lost control" while driving on a pavement near her home and smashed into her.
WARNING: This article contains graphic photos of Menzies' injury.
The injuries Menzies suffered meant she "couldn't work" for three to four months afterwards and she previously admitted her "mental health wasn't great".
On Friday, Menzies reflected on the ordeal after spotting her scar on a screen during one of her latest work projects.
Sharing a series of graphic snaps from soon after the crash, she explained: "Don’t swipe if you’re easily triggered!!!
"I haven’t posted about this much as it was something I didn’t really want to share at the time and tbh I’m pretty good at hiding the scar in pics.

"But this is me today (scar and all) and in months gone by," she explained.
The first selfie of the collage showed Menzies smiling at the camera with the scar now healed while the subsequent photos showed the extent of the injury.
She continued in the accompanying caption: "Yesterday I went into voice over for a show and got upset seeing my scar up on the screen.
"The TV does not lie like the gram can! I didn’t like it and it was hard.
"But then I looked through pictures this morning and realised how far I’ve come since this happened.
"The scar is there and I look different, not much I can do about that now. We move!"
Paying tribute to those who've helped her in the months since the incident, she added: "I’d just like to say thank you so so much to @skinfluencer.official who have been helping me with the best treatments and to my amazing therapist who’s really helping me process the trauma.
"I think I’m pretty positive person but sometimes life (or a moped!) hits you in the face and when it feels hard, it’s good to look back and see how far you’ve come."
Fans were quick to praise Menzies for her open and honest account before complimenting the star on how far she'd come following the incident.

One fan commented: "I heard about your accident and read about it. The scar is superficial. You can’t really see it. For you it’s deeper so you will see more than the average person. Time heals. You look fab. Wear it with pride.
"A souvenir of an incident that has made you a stronger person. Don’t let yesterday affect your tomorrow. Enjoy your life and we will enjoy your beaut."
While a second echoed: "Scars are cool! You look fabulous. I have a huge scar on my arm that I hid for 20 years. Now I couldn’t care less.
"And when people (are rude enough) to ask 'what happened to your arm' I make up elaborate stories about shark attacks, arm transplants etc. Embrace it. You’re beautiful xx."
And a third weighed in: "Still absolutely stunningly beautiful and very very sexy too, i’m so glad that you’re ok with no long lasting trauma, x." (sic)
