Clint Eastwood has confirmed the death of his longtime partner, Christina Sandera, at the age of 61.
The 94-year-old actor and director announced he will "miss her very much" in a heartbreaking statement.
Eastwood said in a statement: "Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much."
There has been no mention of Sandera's cause of death. The pair had been dating since 2014 but have kept details of their relationship private over the years.
A Warner Bros. spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter that no further information would be forthcoming.
The pair reportedly met while Sandera was working as a hostess at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.

Despite the 33-year age gap between the pair, their romance blossomed quickly.
While Sandera supported Eastwood at film premieres and awards, the two didn't reveal much about their personal relationship.
She made her debut in 2015 during an Oscars appearance where Eastwood's film American Sniper was nominated for six awards.
She was first snapped with Eastwood in 2014 after insiders alleged she had moved into the $20million mansion he had built for his ex Dina Ruiz.

The Hollywood Reporter describes Sandera as a longtime Carmel resident.
Eastwood has been married twice prior to starting a relationship with Sandera, first to model Maggie Johnson in 1953 and then to news anchor Dina Ruiz from 1996 until 2014.
Eastwood's 40th film as a director, Juror No. 2, which was announced in April 2023, is in postproduction.
The iconic actor and director became a grandfather back in 1984 following the birth of his daughter Kimber's son, Clinton, 40.

However, his eldest grandchild is daughter Laurie Murray's 41-year-old son Lowell Thomas Murray IV.
Murray also has a daughter, Kelsey, with her husband Lowell Thomas Murray III.
Clint also has a 30-year-old granddaughter from his son Kyle and his youngest grandchild is six-year-old Titan, who is his daughter Francesca's child.
