Alison Hammond, 49, has always been candid about her weight and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and recently showed off her slimmed-down figure after appearing on her personal trainer's Instagram account.
Hammond reposted the story to her own Instagram account where she could be heard being given words of encouragement as she hoisted a bar and weights up and down.
Back in July 2023, Hammond revealed how she had cut out sugar to help shift the weight she had been working towards getting rid of.
She previously acknowledged to Lorraine Kelly: "Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl'. But I like taking up a bit of space. I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone."
The 49-year-old underwent a lifestyle change in 2020 after she was warned by her doctors that she was prediabetic and could have slipped into further health issues if she didn't make a change.
At the time, she revealed: "I've never had health issues until then. It scared me because my mum had diabetes and I want to be there for my son. So I decided to do something about it."

The star now regularly updates her followers with her fitness journey that includes a mix of weights, cardio and circuit training.
According to the Mirror, a source said of her journey so far: "Alison has no intention of sliding back into her old ways, she is still on a marathon course to keep going.
"Her new look has empowered her. She loves being able to shop for clothes on the high street that aren't just plus-sized. She knew she was big and beautiful, but it was affecting her health in so many ways - there is a serious side to being overweight.
"She says she used her personality to override it, but she was ultimately in denial."

Whilst Hammond is often candid with her admissions, she did break down about her weight in 2022 and said during a This Morning phone-in: "I've had obesity all my life. What it is, your regulation system is out of whack.
"You can't control wanting to eat all the time. A lot of people don't realise - obesity is a disease. You can't help it."
Wiping away tears, she added: "I think people look down on people when they're so big. They can't actually help it"
Hammond has a daily slot on the ITV show on Fridays alongside co-host Dermot O'Leary and recently announced she was taking a break from the talk show.

Sharing the news on air last week, O'Leary noted: "It's quite sad that tomorrow is going to be our last show for some time."
Hammond then replied: "I know, I know, my last day. I'm going on holiday bubs, it's time!"
Meanwhile, co-host O'Leary later announced his own extended summer break from the programme, with a host of guest presenters appearing on the show to stand in for them.
